For example from city A to city B which could be as long as an hour then drive right back from city B back to city A for a job that was in the same time slot. Routes would be made by the manager and instead of scheduling close jobs together he would have us drive back and forth. Even the manager was late by a half hour one time. Many senior technicians showed up late everyday by 5-10 minutes. He constantly would be in a bad mood if something happened outside of work and he would take it out on the workers.

For example some people would show up out of uniform and nothing would be said, but if I or any others had done the same thing we would have been written up and had our jobs threatened. He was immature and would clearly have favorites. You won’t make any money unless you suck up to the managers. The starting wage is 10% of every job but since the assistants don’t sell anything it all depends on the crew chiefs who could not be great sellers meaning that the assistant would get screwed. What they don’t tell you is the job is all commission so it’s all about sales. Many times I made much less than the roughly 12-13 an hour I was promised. Ok first all when I first started everything was great everyone was nice friendly and just a joy to work with well after over a yr of working there the owners decided to retire and sell the franchise to someone else well they gave us a week notice of that which made me and others upset but after the new owner came in everyone seen the writing on the wall and heard about this guy so most of the employees left cause they did not wanna go throw this stuff well I decided to stay and see how things go I figured I would give it a chance after all I did enjoy the place well about 2 months after he took over another employee assaulted me and he said he would fire the guy the next day says im suspended but he would be suspended longer came back and the other guy was there to even tho he was not suppost to be and told the owner hey I don't feel safe working here so I got a no contact order on the guy and the owner still put me and him near one another even tho I said I felt unsafe here well the guy that assaulted me is big money there makes the owner a rich man every day so of course he would not get fired cause he would lose money so I tried to keep on trucking cause I did like the place but after this guy took over I felt more and more uncomfortable the owner would tell us to lie to customers and sale sale and more sale all he ever seen was dollar signs we used vans that broke down atleast once a month he would not get us in newer and safer vans one of the vans got me sick from the. Because of this the size of your paycheck is often decided by a coworker that. Often, new people are stuck with the employees that don’t put any effort in at all and teach horrible habits. However, in the years I spent there, next to nobody else got the same level of training/luck with being able to learn from those that are at the top of the company. The company was great, to me, and because of that I was able to do extremely well, and could have done even better if I had really wanted to continue.
YELP CARPET CLEANING TROY IL PROFESSIONAL
Regardless of your beliefs outside of your job, it’s not professional to have those conversations with your coworkers, customers, or employees, as it can alienate anyone who may not agree, which can end up damaging morale, hurting employee performance, and possibly angering/losing customers. Additionally, there are too many political conversations, particularly from above, but amongst coworkers as well. However, I emphasize the word “potential”, as you can make a ton of money, but you can also make barely any, if you aren’t willing to try. This is an entry level job that offers the potential for people of little experience and qualifications to earn the kind of money that you can’t generally get without a college degree. If you’re not interested in reading all of this, I’ll sum it up by saying this. My review for this company is going to be rather mixed. To be more detailed with the star ratings, I’m separating one of the categories.
